Threesome Sliders in Morganfield’s, Johor Bahru

Hey guys, are you curious about what burger we have eaten today? This is another part of the story in Morganfield’s.

Fun Fact! Morganfield’s is not your typical western restaurants, it is also known for a place to chill with your friends while drinking alcohol.

The signature dish which Morganfield’s recommends is the “Threesome Sliders”.

Sliders are basically a mini version of the hamburger. The Threesome Sliders in Morganfield’s come with 3 sliders in a dish which includes bacon & ham, fish cake, and pork meatball.

Bacon & ham slider is using a normal toasted bun and the patty is smoked bacon cooked moderately. It does not too greasy and crispy. The vegetables are tomatoes and lettuce which is fresh and we can taste the sweetness and crispiness from it.

Fish cake slider is using a sesame bun which is super crispy together with the fried fish fillet. It matches with the mayonnaise and the lettuce and tomatoes so this slider tastes sweet and sour.

Pork meatball slider is using the charcoal bun and there is a pickle on the top of the bun used to refresh the taste. The charcoal bun is sweet. The ingredients in pork meatball slider are pork meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. The meat seasoned with black pepper and cheese match perfectly giving the taste of fragrant, hot and salty.

As of now, they have the”Oinkingly Top Value Set Lunch”, so other than the original side dishes in Threesome sliders which are french fries and salad, the set meal also provides soup of the day or house salad and one bottomless soft drink. (RM16.90)

XYZ Nasi Lemak Burger in XYZ Cafe, Taman Indahpura (Part 2)

The second burger that we wanted to share from XYZ Cafe was the XYZ Nasi Lemak Burger. Recently, McDonalds Singapore has introduced the Nasi Lemak Burger. It makes us curious on what will be the taste of the Nasi Lemak Burger here in Malaysia.

XYZ Nasi Lemak Burger (RM16.90)

The XYZ Nasi lemak Burger includes a piece of grilled marinated chicken chop, fried egg and with lots of fresh salads, tomato slices & cucumber slices. Although the sambal & chicken chop taste goods but both a little bit too salty.

XYZ cafe is a newly established cafe. Therefore, the lady boss was asking for feedback from us. We had also told them the burger was a little salty. Let’s hope that they’ve improved on this issue by the time any of you guys visits their cafe.
